I bought Nexen WinGuard ice Plus tires in November 2021, size 15/185/55, for my Ford Fiesta. Initially, I was looking at Nokian, but its cost exceeded my psychological and financial threshold. Accordingly, my expectations were not particularly high. However, after driving 2,000 km on them, my attitude changed for the better, especially after I hit a very sharp pothole, which badly bent the rim and forced me to drive 40 meters on a flat tire to get to the side of the road. To my pleasant surprise, the tire withstood the impact and, after repairing the rim, continued to work like new. I also want to note that on snow and slush, it behaves very confidently (although I drive in such conditions with maximum caution). On ice, as expected, it doesn't grip particularly well. On wet asphalt, it's confident. I didn't push it too hard on the highway, but at 130-140 km/h, it handles well, and the noise is quite moderate. So, I think the tires have shown themselves well, and I can recommend them for their price.
