Tyre reviews Gislaved ActiveControl. Page 1 12

I've driven about 3+ thousand kilometers (don't be surprised, it's a taxi car), size 225/60/18. Before this, I had Formula Energy, so my impressions are based on that. The tire is noisy, on coarse asphalt it's really annoying. Everything else is fine: it handles bumps quite softly, barely notices potholes, no vibration, and the handling and braking are fully predictable. I had a whole day of driving in the rain, over 300 kilometers on wet roads, and a couple of times I hit large puddles - no problems at all.
In general, the tire is oriented towards highway driving, after 110 km/h the noise goes away, and the tread is amazing. I drove to my country house 200 kilometers (round trip) on the highway and it was a real pleasure.
If noise isn't a concern, you can buy these tires, especially if you drive on the highway a lot. For city driving, I don't know, there's nothing particularly outstanding about them.

Completely satisfied. Before that, I had KUMHO Korean. Gislaved is an order of magnitude more interesting.
