Good tires for their price, but quite noisy

I'm buying these tires for the first time. The prices are "ahem" now. There's no winter this year, so I have nothing to say about their performance on ice. On asphalt, they are very noisy, like all studded tires.

Price-quality ratio. I'm buying my second set and I don't regret it. With intensive use, at least four seasons if you don't floor it on asphalt. Doesn't get hard even in minus 35 in winter. Solid four plus.

The tires turned out to be defective, with an increase in speed, vibration and noise also increased.
The tire fitting was done there at Mosavtoshina.
I applied with a claim the next day, they assured me that they simply did the balancing wrong: redid it...nothing changed.
This time I drove and endured for a week (work forced me to), removed it at another tire fitting shop and put the old Cordiant back on - everything went away (when replacing, the tire fitter cursed, saying how they didn't notice the crooked tires earlier, apparently the workers are lazy)
...handed it over for examination - waiting!
