I bought them on a promotion for 5250. Before buying, I called and asked the manager: “What's the catch?” They assured me it was just a promotion. I didn't install them immediately, but a year later, halfway through the season. Within 2.5 months I lost a dozen studs on each wheel. The following season I lost another 20 on each. Will I buy them again? Of course, silly question. Never.

Tires are purchased without studs for year-round use on the Grand Cherokee. Size 265/60 R18 (UK). Generally happy. Nice on dry summer asphalt (felt a bit lacking in tread contact with summer tires), excellent on wet, good in deep snow. It's not Hakkapeliitta and other Conti and Bridgestone for nothing. I bought used tires, only one season old, excellent condition, studs in place, although they were on an Infinity FX35. For such a price, they fully justify themselves, although their characteristics on ice are not very good, but on snow, they're simply superb, they plow like a tank, both forward and backward, they were properly balanced, after 2 seasons, I lost one stud!!!!!

I am writing the second review of these tires. Winter is coming to an end for the second time and these tires continue to impress with excellent handling on ice and wet asphalt. I have also noticed a strong resistance to aquaplaning. When driving through a puddle, there are no splashy waves coming from the wheels. The car stays on the intended trajectory. When I bought them, I thought they were good tires. However, they are not suitable for Russian winters, as they start to harden at -10 degrees Celsius and have poor braking performance and not very good traction on the road at speed. The traction properties are good due to the tread (I want to add that the tread is very durable, it's hard to wear it out in four seasons). The studs started to come out in the second winter, and by the fourth season, there were almost no studs left. In general, in my opinion, they grip well, but brake poorly - the rubber compound is not suitable for frost!

Excellent tires for a great price!

I recently purchased these tires, and I had a chance to test them on the track. They performed well, were quiet, and provided confident grip. On ice, they performed well, at least on my vehicle.

I purchased the same tires from a friend last year for a trip to northern Kazakhstan, where I fully tested them. Therefore, I decided to buy them for myself this year.

It's on the new Explora, the road is held quite well, wear is minimal, handles aquaplaning superbly, the price is below the competition, the depth of the tread allows you to drive through deep snow, in general, for an off-road and crossover the best option.

Among all other brands of tires for off-road and crossovers, the best choice in terms of tread depth, wear resistance, off-road qualities and affordable price are Cooper tires.

Cooper Weather-Master WSC 215/55 R18 95T (studded) took a beating under all conditions. Held the road well, though the car did slip a bit on the ice, but corrected itself immediately, so no big deal. Downside - it got a lot louder, had to turn up the music) As for price-quality, excellent! (5200R per tire)
