The tire is very noisy! Haven't found any other cons. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. I highly recommend for rural roads. The tread is amazingly quiet between the ribs!

Good tire, did not once let me down on the highway in the winter, no studs fell off over the winter, noisy though, that is not a minus for studded tires.
