I've already written a review for these tires. The rubber is excellent!!!!! But I decided to write a kind of addendum. So, what happened is that at the end of the 20th year, I got busy and didn't have time to change the tires. As I mentioned in my previous review, I drove on them until the temperature dropped to -5 and didn't see any problems at all. Well, I kept driving until January, when the temperature didn't drop below -7, but then winter kicked in and it got to -15. What changed? Nothing!!!! It became interesting, as they promised even stronger frosts. I decided to see what would happen. Here's the result: the tires didn't freeze at all until -25, and when the temperature dropped further, I felt a slight stiffening, but only when I started moving, and after 2-3 kilometers, it was like it never happened. I tried them out in this winter with a lot of icy rain and rutting on the ice, even on the highway at 90 km/h. I've always compared them to my Gislaved Nord Frost, and now I can say for sure that the Urban Terrain doesn't give in to this studded winter tire and even surpasses it in moments when the road is a snowy-icy mess. I'm very pleased with the tires. Excellent tires for any crossover that occasionally, but not excessively, goes off-road. I RECOMMEND!!!! The price has certainly risen significantly now, but I think it's worth it!!!!!

A great choice for those who don’t speed much and occasionally go off the highway. It holds steady, without any wheelspin, on a spring-muddy clay strip. Even a heavy trailer is no problem. Amazingly, only the wipers were dirty, and the car didn’t need washing. It’s a bit loud on the asphalt, but I won’t hide it. The noise is particularly pronounced at speeds above 110 km/h. Extremely soft, that's all I can say.

I wanted to get the AT tire. I chose this one after a long search. It's size is 255/55/18. Overall, I'm more disappointed than satisfied. Let's start with the minuses.
- For me, the biggest disadvantage is its noisy. It's no quieter than the winter studded Michelin, it's just a different tone.
- On a wet surface, it brakes significantly worse - you can feel it.

I first noticed the tread pattern's attractive design, looked up reviews, and bought the tires specifically to change them in the fall and then again in the spring. I spent a long time choosing tires, as reviews about this tire say that it is hard and noisy, but that's not true, it's super. Definitely better than Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season. I will add to the review as I gain experience.

I've driven on this tire for the entire season. The size is 235*65*17. I've only had a little experience with snow and ice at the first frost, so my assessment is somewhat nominal. It's too early to talk about wear, but after a season, it's almost imperceptible. On wet roads and in puddles, it behaves well, of course, if you're familiar with physics and are adequate. It barely notices rutting, which I also liked, previously I had Michelin and a slightly wider size (255), and it was noticeable on that one. I don't have any serious complaints about noise, the car has good sound insulation, but it's probably noisier than highway tires, but quieter than all-terrain tires. Don't expect strong off-road capabilities, in the fall on wet soil and damp grass uphill, I couldn't climb, all the "grip" was washed away and I was spinning in place with all 4 wheels. I ordered the tires in March, when the SVO started, at the old price (11,000). The order was processed and shipped in about a week, so I was worried that they would either cancel and refund my money (since the price had risen to 16,000 by that time) or send old stock from the previous year. Fortunately, everything went well and the tires arrived brand new, manufactured in February 2022, but I had to wait a bit longer because they were shipped from Rostov. For me, it wasn't critical, so everything is fine. The staff at Mosavtoshina responded to all my questions in the chat on time, I give them a rating of "5".
