Tyre reviews BFGoodrich G-Force Studded 269

This is the third season of use of the BF Goodrich G-Force Stud Go winter tire, size 195/65R15 91Q. I can now give a fair evaluation of these tires. The tire set was purchased on 9 October 2009, from an online shop for 11,040 rubles (free delivery). An important clarification: the driving mode is moderate, with no pseudo-racing ambitions. Therefore, each driver makes their own adjustments to the wind. The

I've been searching for good tires at a reasonable price, as I drive a lot on highways, and my car has a rear-wheel drive that requires studded tires. After driving on these tires for over a 3000 kilometers, with quite aggressive driving (I couldn't resist going sideways on snowy roads), almost all studs remain intact, with only a few getting worn out. The tires hold the road perfectly, brake confidently on ice, and the car handles predictably. On a snowy mess,

I've just bought my second set of these tires! On the first set I drove 6(!) winter seasons! They are very quiet, grip the snow perfectly, the studs are mostly located on the edge which is a plus for me as it reduces noise and wear. They brake perfectly, never got me into a difficult situation due to them! When it was time to replace them, I was looking for exactly the same ones as they really grew on me (and the two extra wheels might come

I got a car with a set of BF Goodrich studed tires included. The tire itself is from 2012, and I've personally driven it for one winter season (around 5000km). Prior to this, I had been using various studded tires from different budget-friendly brands (Amtel, Hankook, Cordiant, etc.), so I'll be comparing Goodrich to those. What immediately caught my attention was the lack of noise from the studs. It's there, but

I live in a Moscow suburb village. It clears snow, slush, and ice to the envy of jeeps, and holds up fairly well on asphalt. I highly recommend.

Good tire in terms of price-quality ratio. Soft and quiet, there's a slight hum between 50-60km/h, but it disappears afterwards. On speed, the interior is silent - there's only a light hum of the asphalt. You can't hear the tread - it's small and seems to be slightly recessed, but it works. Absolutely indifferent to road camber. The car doesn't skid when changing from asphalt to ice or snow - it glides along like on rails

I'm on my third season, I took the 195/65 R15 XL size, the rubber is good, adequate. I drive calmly, most of the season in our south there's almost no snow, so the asphalt is either dry or wet and dirty. In these conditions, the car's behavior is no worse than on a summer tire, only louder. No traction loss, no aquaplaning, considering that I don't drive above 120 km/h in winter. This winter

I've been driving on these tires for the second winter with no complaints, perfect match of price and quality. I bought the car from a private seller without winter tires. When choosing winter tires, I thoroughly studied their characteristics and the opinions of experts (I'm very particular about safety), and I decided to buy them! I have no regrets! My wife also drove in any weather, including snow and ice, and never complained. The tires hold the road well on any surface, braking is excellent,

Drawback - starts to vibrate from 40-45 km/h, but the price advantages win out.
In the conditions in which aquaplaning and severe black ice occur, it was not encountered, so I am not in a position to assess...
At speeds over 130 km/h, active maneuvering was not required, but it normally holds the road very well,...
