No one said it was for Western winter. There is no information about that on the official website. The tire turns into plastic when it gets below 20 degrees. I stopped driving it in the cold (I have a second car). It's still okay down to -15, but the colder it gets, the harder it freezes. It's impossible to drive with compacted snow at -30 and below: it doesn't move, won't brake or turn, or hold the road. Even
