On my previous car (VW) the NEXEN tyres were always fitted and I never felt a need for better grip in rain or dry conditions. Then I bought a Ford with an 18" wheel and fitted Viatti Bosco tyres and only then did I understand that you can drive above 100km/h with confidence into a turn.
