There are plenty of reviews online comparing Venom and Goodrich.
But Goodrich now costs just under a million.
    So.
Excellent AT tire, if there's a lot of asphalt and some off-road, it's better to take the non-LT version. If there's a lot of off-road and a little asphalt, take the reinforced one.
What we have is that there is noise, but I hear it in the range of 65 to 80 as a hum, not a howl, but precisely a low-frequency hum.
Above that, I practically don't hear it, as aerodynamic noises override everything else.
They performed excellently on the Pamir Highway, on rocky terrain after blasting, on gravel, on dirt roads, and on large rocks. I was driving up to 1.5.
At the border with Kyrgyzstan, we hit red clay after rain, but under gas, the tire cleans up normally and pulled us out.
On the highway, I didn't notice any particular drawbacks, but my speed mode also doesn't greatly exceed the allowed limit.
It normally drains water from puddles, doesn't float.
    Balances normally.
    Three wheels 20-45 grams.
One wheel 75 grams. I think for AT, it's an excellent result.

I can't say anything about handling in winter because it's still summer and I can't say anything about tread wear since I've only driven 6000 km. Nevertheless, they are not as noisy as I thought. They perform excellent on dry and wet asphalt. The grip on the road is perfect. I will definitely buy them again.

I installed LT tires in size 235/85 R16 on my UAZ Patriot 17. I've driven almost 7,000 miles on these tires, and here are my first impressions. The tires perform excellently on dry and wet asphalt, and in the city, they're almost silent. On the highway, there's a slight hum, but it's completely non-irritating (compared to Maxxis or Ketchforce). I don't know who these people are who complain about excessive noise). I can feel the tread on the asphalt, but it doesn't throw me around; instead, there are frequent vibrations, but that's a combination of factors: tire size, road condition, and the vehicle itself.

The tire is something between an A/T and an M/T, or a mean A/T if you will. The tread does tear up grass with the roots when it slips (not grass-terrified), which is both a plus (aggressive traction) and a minus (you can easily add some adventure to your life if you don't let go in time). In mud and ruts, they perform beautifully, within their A/T capabilities, of course. They get dirty well, and you get a nice splash on the 0.5 mark. Driving in mud becomes very respectable. They clean themselves fairly well.

I installed them on February 25 and immediately drove from St. Petersburg to the Vologda region. They were balanced perfectly: no more than 65 grams per wheel. In the city, the asphalt was already dry, and on the highway, there was ice, snow, and outright black ice (already not on the federal highway, but on the regional one). So, the tires hold very well. On ice, they're not bad; I braked from 70 km/h to a halt for an experiment: on completely icy asphalt, even the ABS didn't kick in right away. But you need to approach everything with a clear head, and in winter, it's still better to use winter tires.

My speed range on the highway is usually 110-120 km/h, occasionally 130-140 km/h, and the tires hold excellently, without throwing me around during overtakes. The noise is light and unobtrusive, even considering that I have a UAZ)))

It's too early to talk about durability, but the Americans say that the tread doesn't wear down easily, and that's great)

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the tires; they fully meet my expectations and even exceed them. For the current times, they have an ideal price-to-quality ratio. They can't be compared to Chinese A/T tires (I've had experience with several manufacturers + reviews from many comrades with SUVs); they really inspire confidence.

I bought them here, in St. Petersburg, and they arrived within a week or so. No defects or damage were found. I definitely recommend purchasing them.

Bought in winter 24. Driven the entire season for over 12,000 km, since the beginning of April, still not removed on 17.12.24. Very heavy tires, weighing over 20 kg. Balanced up to 70 grams. Humming. Passability is average on dirt, fuel consumption increased by ~1 liter. Narrow, tread width measured on snow 200-210mm. Wear is small, about 1 mm present. Took in size 245/75 R16. On the highway to Sochi showed themselves well. Good on snow. Do not recommend on ice. Aquaplaning is not assessed.

The tires are great. They are very comfortable to drive on, and when you hit a bump, you don't even notice it. There is noise. The tires make a sound that can be annoying to some people, but I like how they roar. That was one of the reasons I chose them.

Excellent tire. I purchased it with the parameters 285x50x20. Balancing was successful, the largest load was 65 grams, only on one wheel. The other 3 wheels were from 5 to 35 grams, which I consider excellent indicators for such tires.

It holds well on dry and wet asphalt, I'd give it a five. On dirt and sand, it's simply excellent. You can easily climb a hill with a 45-degree angle. The main driving is on the highway. There's one drawback, due to the width of the tire, it catches the rut.

I haven't driven on ice, so I gave it 3 stars. On wet snow during a snowfall on the highway, it behaves well.

Noise is present when driving over 70 km/h. It doesn't affect acoustic comfort. You can calmly talk and listen to music in the car at the same time. Excellent tire for its price.

    Good day.
While I'm sharing my first impressions, I'll be adding more later. So far, my impressions of the tires are very pleasant in terms of how the car handles on asphalt, including in the rain.
Yes, there is some humming, which is only noticeable when idling at 60, but based on experience, it should improve significantly after a certain mileage, and it doesn't seem too disturbing anyway.
Let's hope that further experience will only get better. For now, I'm confidently giving it a 5 on average in terms of impression)

I bought the tires at the beginning of 2024 and used them from March to November, driving around 15,000 km. Most of the mileage was on highways, with little off-road driving. The tires are labeled as A/T, but it's unclear why they have an X/T index. The tread is not very aggressive, but looks great. On the highway, the tires are quite noisy, and after 100 km/h, a hum appears that doesn't go away, which is extremely annoying. The tire is sensitive to longitudinal grooves. After 10,000 km, it started to eat away at the tire through the tread pattern. Rebalancing the tire and twice redoing the wheel alignment didn't help. The reason for this is unclear. I wouldn't choose these tires again.

I was looking for a replacement for my worn-out BF Goodrich AT for 100 thousand, but since they were out of stock, I opted for the Venom Power XT.

My first impression is that they are softer, which is convenient. It feels like they've become an extension of the car on the highway. After 100 km/h, they get noisier, but the monotonous howl is almost immediately masked by aerodynamic noises.

I unexpectedly had to test their braking capabilities at +30°C, and they showed themselves to be comfortably grippy.

It's too early to talk about their durability, and I haven't driven on water or mud yet, but in the conditions I've tried so far, I'm pleased with the tires.

I gave them an average number of stars for snow, ice, and water because I haven't tried them out in those conditions yet.
