Tyre reviews Tigar Ultra High Performance. Page 2 215

Purchased the set (2054517) and immediately had doubts about the soft sidewall. Got a couple of big potholes but to my surprise, no bulges appeared. No special handling issues, not like the Toyo R1R, but for the price I expected the worst. Did not encounter any problems on wet roads. Would recommend this tire without hesitation - a great budget option.

Got a bit of experience with the tire now, but I have something to compare it to. On my previous cars, I used Michelin Primacy HP (FF2, FF3). Quality and comfort are on par. Just after the tire rotation, I drove 150km in a torrential rain and strong side wind. No complaints about the tire. In dry conditions, everything is just as satisfactory. I don't regret the purchase.

I start by saying that Tigar is a "daughter" of Mihljen and Serbs use patented tire compounds of the parent company.
The tread on the tire is very good for civilian rubber. The front wheel drive with 300+hp tire is checked for "stickiness" very quickly).
By softness of the ride and acoustic comfort - top score.
Personally, I would add stiffness to the given- Vehicle:

Excellent tires, handling improved significantly. Delivery took one day. I ordered before March 8, and so they were able to send them only after the holidays. The manager got in touch with me the next day and all was clarified/agreed. In general, I recommend MOSAVTO SHINA. The price is much cheaper than from middlemen in Sochi.

These tires were installed in size 225/55 R17 on a Hyundai Creta 2 4x4. The previous tire was Toyo Nano Energy 3 with a 16-inch radius. What I would like to note is that a different noise character from the tires was immediately noticed, more low-frequency, not strong, and unobtrusive. Since my car lacks sound insulation, it can be said that road noise has increased by 15-20%, which is not critical. I have not yet gotten used to one of its features - an increasing hum when braking, and I don't even know why it occurs, but it was not noticed with the previous tires. The handling of the tires is predictable and causes no problems on both dry and wet asphalt, as well as on puddles. The car drives on the highway more than worthily! And now the main FOCUS of these tires, which made an impression on me - the incredible passing of potholes, joints, ruts, and any other irregularities on asphalt, dirt, etc. This tire simply doesn't notice them, smoothing them out velvetly. I unconditionally recommend this tire model to everyone!!!

The tire has traveled around 10,000 km, with wear within normal limits. At first glance, the rubber is very soft and the cord is VERY soft, which did not inspire confidence. I put it on, drove it. The road holding is excellent (a subsidiary company of Michelin, everyone knows), at high speeds (>200) the car starts to float a bit, I think due to the weak cord. In rainy weather, it holds the road well, within reasonable limits, with minimal aquaplaning. Not noisy.
Conclusion: for its price, very good tires, holds the road well. For those who like to drive over potholes, I do not recommend taking them, the cord is very soft, there is a chance of being left without tires.

Bought in 2017, for 3500 tyres, 215/50R17. The price was more than acceptable. The tire is very soft in comparison to competitors, inflated to 2.5 and it was still soft. Held the road well in the rain. Now from the minuses: due to its softness, very poor lateral cut and puncture resistance. The tire will suit residents of cities with good roads, in my city it was enough for 3 seasons.

Tires for a smooth ride. Very soft. So at high speed the car is floating. Bought it for a while so as not to take used tires. As at that moment I didn't have money for a new one, and the one that was available was unsafe for further driving. I recommend to all who move smoothly from point A to point B. Not recommended for high-speed driving.

In the second week, it got stuck in a small hole and immediately a huge bubble appeared.
It behaves poorly in turns. Too soft. If it didn't have the full 4-wheel drive on the car - it would be very sad.

Normal practical tires are not louder than Nokian and Michelin, soft but strong cord, more for the city than for the highway, but on 150 everything is clear on 18-inch disks
