What does the seller expect by sending a different product?

Excellent tires! I've been driving with them since November and up to the present! Soft, keeps the road and in snowy slush and on ice at a reasonable speed. I definitely recommend!!! The product is excellent!!

Excellent tires! Very pleased with the choice. They showed themselves from the best side: both in snow they dig out perfectly, and on a winter road of varying degrees of cleanliness they ride confidently without problems, and in slush they perfectly hold the road and brake. And they are quite quiet, and dynamic. Miracle tires! The previous rubber was from Yokohama, also good, but this one is even better.

The tire itself is fine. However, I've only driven on snowy slush so far. In areas where the road is asphalt, it brakes excellently, in my opinion.
At the tire fitting, they approved it. Weights 20-40 grams, they said it's normal and stored correctly.

I would like to receive feedback from the seller in response to comments. Is it okay to ship tires with a production date of more than a year and in such condition? Compensation is welcome.
