Kormoran Snow 205/60 R16 96H XL, excellent price/quality ratio. On wet and snowy roads it behaves predictably, passes normally on deep snow. Not very noisy. Suitable for quiet winter driving.

Almost two seasons on these tires, I could write a review too. I'll note that I bought 225.55.17 for 3800 rubles for a fresh tire, even a month had not passed since I bought it. For the price, I didn't come across a better quality.
