In particular, the French tire makers applied a "hybrid" carcass, the multilayer structure of which is made from various materials - aramid and nylon fibers. They give the tire increased resistance to dynamic deformations.

No less extensive complex of technical solutions was used to ensure maximum grip on a wet road. The tread rubber compound includes so-called "functional elastomers". Special polymer compounds provide the tread with increased tensile strength, which, in combination with an increased silica content, provides the tire with excellent grip on a cold, wet road. At the same time, wide longitudinal drainage grooves prevent the occurrence of aquaplaning even at high speeds.
