For such money, quite adequate rubber, only there is almost no sidewall. This is normal for budget tires.

I've used them in cold and hot weather, in rain and on dry roads. Everything suits me. I can't say anything about durability yet, the mileage is not enough. So far, I don't regret the purchase. Two wheels were balanced perfectly (with 15g), two were good (with 45g). But this is just my personal opinion, I'm not a balancing expert.
