Tires behave predictably, especially on wet asphalt

The balancing is poor, like on cheap Chinese tires - it's a shame to look at the wheels, after 100 km/h for some reason the car starts to pull slightly, and on the second car, Skoda Octavia - the same thing, but I didn't have any illusions, unfortunately, our domestic production, no matter what brand line, always turns out to be the same.
