Order without studs arrived with studs

They remained as they were, like a stone! Two seasons and 3 out of 4 tires have gone bald.

They sent old tires from 2021 and, to make matters worse, only for one side

I have a Corolla 150, I bought 195 65 15 without studs. The worst tires. It's late November outside, the temperature is around zero, with light rain. When braking from 40 km/h, the ABS kicks in, the car doesn't brake, and ahead of me, Lexus and BMW cars worth 10 million rubles are spinning their rear ends, while I'm getting cold sweat. I didn't have this problem with my summer tires, and I usually drive them until the last moment before replacing them, and sometimes I even have to drive on ice with summer tires. But now, with new winter tires, it's a disaster. Naturally, I will get rid of them, because safety is more important than money.
