Hello! Since I didn't get a response to my message in the chat with the seller, I'm writing here.
I purchased Venom Terra Hunter X/T2 114 T XL 265/60/18
One of the tires is missing the white rubber logo of the manufacturer. I understand that this might seem like a minor issue and might not even be considered a defect, but I'd like all four tires to look uniform and nice. What's frustrating is not the absence of the logo itself, but the fact that I know it's supposed to be there!
Returning/exchanging through VTB is possible, but there's no guarantee that I'll get what I need, the price has changed, and the bulk and weight are also a concern.
Can you offer a viable option for exchanging one tire without a logo for one with a logo? Is it possible to do a direct, free exchange, bypassing VTB, as they say, "bash for bash"? The tire is located in Odintsovo.
