I decided to put new Venom Power Terra Hunter X/T2 tires on my "Prado" and I've never regretted it! I chose them specifically for mixed use, so that I could drive comfortably in the city and confidently on light off-road terrain.

The first thing I want to note is the noise level. Honestly, I expected such an aggressive tread to be loud on the highway, but my expectations were not met. Yes, on some types of asphalt, a slight noise appears, but it's absolutely not annoying. I'm comparing them to the Bridgestone Ice Cruiser 7000 winter tires (also 265/65 R17) that I had on my vehicle in the winter. The Venom Power tires are objectively noticeably quieter! Of course, the studs made themselves known, but even taking that into account, the difference is enormous in favor of the new tires. Perhaps the design of the Prado 120 also plays a role - the large wheel arches really do a great job of absorbing and dissipating excess noise, but so far, I'm really enjoying the tires.

The tires feel quite soft to the touch. The ride is comfortable, not stiff, which is a big plus for my driving style and for the comfort of my passengers.

I haven't had a chance to test the off-road capabilities yet, but with such a tread, I'm sure it will handle dirt roads, sand, and mud after rain very well. But the main thing is the balance between off-road capabilities and everyday comfort. The price-to-value ratio is very satisfying. I recommend these tires to anyone looking for quiet and soft A/T tires for their Prado 120!

If it weren't for WB's attitude towards the customer, the product itself was good and, despite the serious tread, the wheels were balanced surprisingly well! Only one wheel had a 70g load.

Great tires, fit perfectly on Pajero Sport 2. They are said to be summer tires. I've been driving on them for half a winter, they grip well and hold the road. Today I drove on ice and they slipped a bit. They are a bit noisy, but it's not critical for me. I definitely recommend buying them

I was hoping for a miracle, but I guess they don't exist. They make noise, noise, and more noise, the sound of an accelerating train, it starts at 50 km/h, the loudest at 70, then it gets a bit quieter, I've already driven 2,000 km, nothing has changed, they make more noise than any studded winter tires.
Also, the wheels are crooked, straight crooked, all 4 of them clearly show an "8" shape during balancing, with over 200 grams of weight on each wheel. Maybe they'll even out over time, but for now, I'm planning to go for another balancing session.
They are absolutely not suitable for asphalt, now I'm thinking of buying new ones or tolerating them for 2-4 trips per year in the mountains.
