I bought a new 245/40r18 tire... or so the salesman said it was! I bought it in July 2018 and in July 2019, I took it to the junkyard... and the tread looked like new. But, let's go through this step by step: when I first bought it, I was overjoyed, as I got it at a good price - 3,900 roubles for a tire, 15,600 for a set.

I spent a long time looking for the right balance between price and quality. My car is an Octavia Scout 4x4 with R17 tires with a 55 profile. To be honest, I can say that... Tire size 215/50/17. Bought them in mid-summer as the old ones (three-year-old Pirelli P7, but I don't drive very carefully) were getting worn out.

1. They hold well in turns on both dry and wet surfaces and I have no complaints about braking.

2. It is now +3..+7С outside, and it rains often - the front axle skids predictably in turns.

In fact, the tires are excellent, with balancing not exceeding 30 grams per wheel. There is rim protection. Brakes are excellent for both dry and wet conditions. The drawbacks are that it loudly announces rough asphalt, and since it's almost everywhere rough, it is somewhat noisy.

Very good tires, especially considering their price. Not noisy. Good traction in rain and dry conditions. Too early to judge the wear.

Good tire for the price. Only a bit noisy. Holds the road well, excellent in the rain, weak traction from a standstill (300 HP, 450 Nm front-wheel drive).

Top-notch tires

I bought a pair for the front axle. There were half-slicks there before and I won't be going back to them. The car is much more comfortable and stable now, and surprisingly, the traction is fine.
