For such a price, good tires. They don't make noise, and the studs don't come loose. The drawbacks are: the deeply inserted studs do not grab ice well and when driving in deep snow, I think it snows better going uphill than downhill.

A decent tire. For the price, it's a great option. The studs are all in place after 3000 km. It's been mostly dry snow so far, so I can't really comment on how it handles on snow. But it handles well on ice.
