I ordered a set of tires and sent a query about the production date of the tires, the response was that they would inform me when the tires arrive at the pickup point.
I sent a repeat query to the pickup point when the tires had already arrived, but I didn't receive a response within 2 days. When I arrived, 2 tires were from 2025 and 2 tires were from 2022, with a 3-year difference...how is this possible?
I addressed this situation to the management.
However, the branch manager in Noginsk did not consider it necessary to provide a discount (for 3-year-old tires) or even offer free tire mounting at their facility, given their prices for it, many people only use them as a pickup point.
In this situation, the branch, having its own tire mounting service, would not have lost anything, but instead, it gained unnecessary movement of goods.
Customer orientation, what is it... apparently, it's unknown.

Adequate tire for the money. The original one, a Kumho, lasted just as long, and I've gone over 75,000 km.

Installed after Goodyear in 2015. Approximately 20,000km break-in, well grip the road, on this tire almost no oversteer occurs on puddles (Goodyear would occasionally lock up the automatic in puddles or on lane changes on asphalt roads). The tire is soft, slightly noisy, does not burn on hot asphalt in the summer, you can confidently drive the city until the snow.

Mainly city driving, but sometimes on the highway, reaching speeds of 160 km/h, although rarely, mostly on overtaking or on an empty, good road. Otherwise, 110-130 km/h is perfect.
