Tyre reviews Marshal HP91. Страница 1 96

The arrogant Mosshina asks me to write a review about the tires, so here it is. I bought these tires at this store that claims to stand behind its products, installed them, and found that two of the tires are more or less even, while the other two are crooked. It's impossible to drive a car with them. I did three wheel balancing procedures, but it didn't make a difference. I called Mosshina, but when the operator heard my question about the tire quality, he started acting like a robot, giving me a standard response. I wrote to them through their feedback system to check the quality, and they asked me to come to their office, which is 150 km away.
I went there and they checked the tires on a super high-tech Hunter machine. The "master" confirmed that two of the tires are defective and said they would arrange a return. But two days later, I received a response from the crappy tire company saying that my tires are excellent and I should go to hell, even though the machine's graph shows significant radial runout. The most interesting thing is that they balanced the tires on the same high-tech machine, but after installation, the problem got even worse.
I wrote a complaint, and in response, they cited the GOST (Russian national standard) that doesn't even include the diameter of these tires. And what GOST can be applied to imported products? I asked them to provide me with the manufacturer's specifications, the calibration records of their equipment, and the allowed values of radial and axial runout. But they just told me to go to hell. Oh, and the "master" who checked the tires said that I would need to come back for a check of hidden defects, but in their response, they wrote that the same clerk who wrote to me had already checked everything!
When I threatened to file a pre-trial complaint, they sent me a response saying that I could take the tires to the supplier for a check, but when I asked for the supplier's address, they said it's confidential information. And since Kuhmo tires are not officially imported to our country, there's no one to take them to. Then I received a message saying that they had approved an independent expert examination, not in Moscow, but in St. Petersburg, at some company with a registered capital of 10,000 rubles and only one employee. It turns out that the official supplier is some LLC Daikon, and according to reviews, anyone who was fooled into dealing with them also received a response saying that everything is fine, just drive on.
So, what's the outcome? I had to buy another new set of tires, spend a lot of money on tire mounting and trips to this crappy company. If you want to buy tires from them, make sure to have them mounted in your presence, and if you find any defects, demand a return immediately. Don't believe their lies; they just pretend to be a big company, but in reality, they're just garage scammers!

Advantages: Predictable and clear behavior on wet and flooded roads. Good in terms of price/enjoyment ratio (they used to be, before the price increase). That's where the positives end.
Disadvantages: Why don't any owners of German sports crossovers write about how heavy the Crugen HP91 is?! The rear 275/40 R20 is almost 2kg heavier than RFT models from Conti and Pirelli. And that's despite the HP91 not being a run-flat. Apparently, their weight is the source of many drawbacks. 1) They feel stiff, like run-flats. 2) When cornering, you can directly feel the pull to straighten the trajectory. 3) At speeds up to 60 km/h, they produce a low-frequency hum. 4) Not the most outstanding acceleration/braking/cornering characteristics.
In summary: Their wet handling is the only significant advantage. When they were 15% more expensive than Chinese tires, it was a super choice. At the current price for 20-inch HP91, I would pay an extra 35,000 and buy European high-performance run-flat models.

Budget
Quiet
Not sensitive to uneven wear
One bad thing, they’re too stiff.
Ideally they should be a full copy of Kumho HP91, but it is written that they are soft. Apparently, everything is known in comparison and depends on the mass of the car.- Vehicle:

For its price, the tires are more than good, close to excellent in all respects, except for noise. But that's understandable, the wear resistance of the tire is one of the highest ratings.

Bought twice, first time everything was fine, so I decided to buy a set the second time, felt the difference immediately, although it balanced normally, but there was a constant presence of a slight vibration, it's a good tire overall, suitable for normal driving, holds up to 160 km/h, above it starts to "float", quiet, rear tires worn out in 24,000 km, front ones should last for another 15-20 thousand km, why did the price go

The tires are of excellent quality for their price. Extremely quiet, no road noise whatsoever, and they stick to the road like glue. I've driven off-road on wet grass and unsealed gravel, and I haven't gotten stuck once, which was a pleasant surprise. After a year and a half, the tire's tread wear is about 1 mm. Overall, a very decent tire for its price.

After long consultations, I purchased these wheels. 255/55/18 I've driven about 1,000 km so far. They are not noisy, hold the road well, and brake well too. They were balanced perfectly, with an average of 55 grams per wheel. The minimum was 10/40 and the maximum was 15/75. The tread is even. 2022 model year. The sidewall is moderately stiff. I had Continental summer tires before, and I didn't notice a big difference. I drove on Continental for 4 seasons. The store is adequate. I ordered delivery with payment upon receipt. They delivered it within 5 days. Everything is OK! I rated wear resistance as 3 because I don't know how it will behave. But in all other respects, in my opinion, it's an excellent combination of price and quality. Let's see how long it lasts.

A good run in the rain. The feeling of unevenness has almost disappeared (19-inch wide tires). After 6000 runs, there is no wear. For this money, very worthy tires.

I was skeptical and hesitant about the Marshal HP91, but I finally bought it.
The ride became softer.
The acceleration became less sharp after switching from the original 275/45 to 265/50.
The noise level is average, but it has become more comfortable.
After 3000 km, I plan to rebalance the tires, as a 70g load was applied during balancing.
The disks are even.
