Out of 4, 2 are faulty, I made a mistake with the disks, went to the tire shop, checked the disks, they're even, but the tire is a bit egg-shaped.. Don't understand how to exchange for a defective one. 🤷 Already driven 5 thousand.

By the price-quality ratio, they are normal, noisy (there is a theory that after a couple of months of operation, they will become quieter).
