You need to consider the nuances - they are designed primarily for fast driving on good roads.
On dry asphalt, they are simply ideal, they hold the road with a dead grip, including during sharp turns, and they moderate or even low noise.
They are ambiguous on a heavily wet road (in the rain), and with insufficiently careful driving, they can skid into aquaplaning.
Well, on a slippery road (for example, wet clay), wheel spin is quite frequent... But they are not designed for this.
