Terrible Tire and Store's Attitude towards Customer
On 03/26/21, I visited Mosavtoshina to pick up my previously ordered Windforce Advanfors 185/60 r15 tires (Order number 4495148), which were recommended to me by the store staff. Even the reception area had a large advertisement for this brand, and their tire mounting service is combined with their warehouse.
I brought my new, already checked, and even wheels.
There were no expected problems, since the reviews for the tires were good, and I trusted Mosavtoshina.
During the tire mounting process, I visually noticed the tire wobbling on the wheel, even after the final balancing in "0".
I was told that everything was fine.
But as soon as I drove on the highway a few days later (I use my car for business trips), I immediately noticed a strong vibration in the steering wheel at a speed of 100-110 km/h and vibrations throughout the body.
I didn't hit any potholes, and this was essentially the first drive for these tires, so everything pointed to balancing issues.
I know that new tires may require rebalancing after a short period, so I was understanding and returned to the store without worrying, still trusting Mosavtoshina.
But when they checked the wheels on the stand, it turned out that all 4 tires were defective! The tire mounting staff confirmed that the problem was with the tires and that my wheels were fine.
My car is new, and I regularly check the suspension, which is in excellent condition.
When I asked why they didn't replace the tires immediately during installation, they just shrugged, citing that the tires had been balanced, and the tire mounting master might not have noticed the visual wobbling... although I had pointed it out.
They refused to replace the tires or refund my money, and when I offered to pay extra to get a better model, they also refused.
The only option they suggested was to send the tires for quality inspection (complaint) to Moscow (I'm from Voronezh).
This takes a lot of time, and most importantly, I need to find other tires so I can leave, but I don't have any spare ones!
The director pretends to be trying to help and understand my situation, but it doesn't lead to any results and only causes more negative feelings towards the company!
I trusted the brand, but in the end, I lost a lot of time, nerves, and "fell" for new tires at my own expense.
I cannot recommend either the brand of these tires or the store in principle, since you don't get any guarantees.
I've already advised my close relatives and friends against buying expensive tires in 19, 20 diameters from this store, and I won't be ordering from them in the future either.
I don't know how it is in other places, but when I was choosing a store for purchasing and tire mounting (a well-known green and black, yellow and black store), they gave me an answer and a guarantee for defective tires and their replacement, in case they turn out to be defective immediately during tire mounting or after some time, without any complaints or wasting my time and nerves.
P.S. So as not to compromise good people, I won't say who told me, but I found out that "approximately" 99% of the time, after checking the quality (complaint) at Mosavtoshina, they'll tell you that the tires are fine.
And about Windforce tires - they say that almost all of them come defective.
For me, it was humiliating when I first visited this place, and they cheated me, made a profit from me, and don't want to help, just pretending to.
Probably thinking that if not me, then someone else will come and buy from them anyway.
Draw your own conclusions, and I hope you'll be lucky and won't encounter problems with defects. It's all in your hands, think carefully.
