Predator New Mutant X-RT – a "muddy" model with increased load capacity, designed for SUV and pickup truck owners who need to feel confident on broken dirt roads, clay mud, and regular highways. The manufacturer has set a triple priority for it: resistance to punctures, wear resistance, and the ability to work under full vehicle load.
Aggressive Block Tread
Unlike asphalt models, the tire is equipped with large blocks of irregular geometry. This shape of structures creates more gripping edges at different angles. When the wheel rotates on a loose surface (sand, gravel, clay), these chaotically oriented faces bite into the ground sequentially, rather than slipping.
The central zone is blocks grouped into a wide longitudinal rib. This helps to maintain steering responsiveness on asphalt and directional stability at speed. The inter-block gaps have a variable width, which prevents the tread from clogging with small pebbles and clay. It self-cleans with every rotation.

Here, the sidewall cord and rubber layer are increased by 15-20% compared to standard all-terrain models. In addition to thickness, massive mud grips run along the perimeter of the shoulder area. When driving in a rut, they work like additional ribs, preventing sideways slipping. On soft ground, they create lateral traction – the vehicle sinks less. When contacting a sharp obstacle, the grips take the impact, protecting the main sidewall from cutting.
Abrasion and Puncture Resistance
The model's compound contains an increased concentration of special polymers with high tear strength. This composition counteracts wear, maintains elasticity, and increases resistance to cuts.
