The company Kenda was founded by young Chin Pao Yang in 1962. At the very beginning, it was a small factory with a staff of 50 people that produced bicycle tires and inner tubes. As in the early days of its development, the company's core principles have remained the same. These are - quality, honesty, and respect for customers.

The company began producing car tires in 1967 and entered the global market in 1974. The company has consistently implemented innovative ideas in tire production. For example, in 1974, the company's employees released tires with a reflective strip, which received a certificate in Germany.

But the company never stopped at what it had achieved, constantly expanding its product range.

At present, the company Kenda has 7 factories located in China, Taiwan, and Vietnam, where more than 700 thousand people work. In addition, it also has representative offices in Australia, the USA, Hong Kong, and New Zealand.

Kenda is a leader in the engineering of noise-reducing tires, still selling tires with reduced noise levels all over the world.

- Reduced noise level is achieved through the NMA algorithm - a computer simulation technology that uses numerical analysis and genetic algorithms to obtain an optimal tread with a low noise level;- Special soft rubber compound with a very slow "rebound effect". Due to this, the tire almost sticks to the road surface, increasing traction during acceleration, braking, and cornering;- Special rubber with low rolling resistance. This is the lightest rubber created in the company's laboratories;- A specially developed combination of rubber compounds that allow increasing the operational characteristics of the Kenda tire.

The company is famous for its numerous developments. Therefore, summer tires have the maximum possible operational characteristics. Specialists tried to produce tires that are both safe and comfortable, and they completely succeeded. Specially designed treads and a selected rubber compound allowed achieving maximum grip with the road surface and, at the same time, having a minimal noise level during movement. When driving, the tires seem to stick to the road surface, providing constant contact with the road. Also, special additives increased the wear resistance of the tires, which extended their service life. The company's specialists tried to minimize the aquaplaning effect due to a carefully thought-out system of lamellas and the application of wide longitudinal grooves.
