It is characterized by stable traction properties on wet surfaces, excellent handling in turns, and acoustic comfort.

Resistance to aquaplaning

Even in heavy rain, the tire demonstrates good resistance to aquaplaning. The occurrence of this effect is mainly prevented by four longitudinal drainage grooves located in the central part. Thanks to the large internal volume of these elements, the tread is able to instantly drain almost any amount of water from the contact patch.

Rigid shoulder areas

Another characteristic feature of this tire in motion is the grip and directional stability when maneuvering and passing turns. These properties are provided due to the design of the shoulder areas. Each of them contains numerous blocks arranged transversely and connected by a wide longitudinal rib. In the process of movement, relying on it, the tread elements prevent lateral skidding and provide quick and accurate transmission of acceleration forces to the steering wheel, thereby facilitating the process of controlling the vehicle. In addition, such a design of the shoulder areas enhances the longitudinal grip properties and resistance to uneven wear, reduces the level of high-frequency noise from the tire rolling.

Optimized compound

To a significant extent, the traction properties in adverse road conditions are provided due to the characteristics of the tread rubber compound. The main part of its composition is silica. This component provides a dense fit of the tire to the road surface, giving the tread high elasticity. This property is preserved in full even at low temperatures, for example, during rain.
