Tires on Tata (Тата)

Tata is the largest Indian conglomerate that manufactures passenger cars and commercial vehicles, including buses.

The Beginning of the Story

The official formation of Tata Motors took place in 1945. Prior to that, it existed as a private trading firm. Gradually increasing its turnover and profits, the manufacturer acquired a license from Daimler-Benz in 1954, allowing it to produce multi-ton trucks. Throughout the period specified in the licensing agreement, the German company supplied components to India for the assembly of commercial vehicles. After the expiration of this period, supplies ceased, but by that time, Tata was already able to independently produce all nodes and carry out the full cycle of assembly.

Entry into the International Market

In the 1970s, the company transformed into the largest supplier of cargo equipment, exporting it to various countries around the world. This contributed to the regular expansion of production facilities. Thus, in 1978 and 1992, new plants were built, which specialized in the production of commercial vehicles.

Stages of Formation

In 1998, the Indica passenger car was first presented. This model was fully developed by the company's engineers. The good quality of manufacture and low cost made it quite popular, which is confirmed by exports to many countries of the world, including England, where it was represented by the MG Rover Group.

In 2004, the Daewoo division, which produced cargo vehicles, was acquired. This strengthened the company's position, including in the South Korean market. The following year, the Spanish bus manufacturer Hispano was partially acquired to expand the range.

Later, the company actively cooperated with many manufacturers, including Fiat. An agreement was concluded with the latter to produce diesel engines.

Nano

In 2008, the manufacturer presented its new creation - the Tata Nano. This microcar became the cheapest car in the world, costing $2,000. The car turned out to be so successful that it was necessary to expand production lines for it, which annually produced 250,000 units.

Present Day

Today, the company is one of the largest manufacturers of multi-ton trucks, with factories in many countries around the world. At the same time, it does not leave the civilian transport sector, offering modern passenger cars, including electric vehicles, which are actively being developed by the company's engineers.

Note that any vehicle, whether civilian or commercial, requires regular tire replacement to ensure stable operation in various conditions. Therefore, the company "Mosavtoshina" offers a wide range of tires and wheels for various equipment, including cargo vehicles.
