The power unit worked in tandem with a 6-speed "automatic" from the Japanese Aisin.

The exterior design of the car was maintained in the corporate style and largely echoed the design of the compact model. The higher status of this crossover was emphasized by increased dimensions and the massiveness of the radiator grille's crossbars, which had a chrome finish. Another feature was the connected LED rear lights, representing a single element. In the cabin, the 10.5-inch diagonal multimedia system display and the presence of climate control in the standard equipment stood out, the control of which was carried out through a 9-inch touch panel. The cabin had a three-row layout and was designed to carry up to seven passengers. The "gallery" seats could be folded, forming a flat floor.

Modernized Version

In 2023, the next-generation crossover debuted, which was created based on the second-generation Donfeng 580, using the platform and most of the components from the previous model. Even externally, the car changed extremely slightly, mainly due to the front part, where a different radiator grille, headlights, and a bumper with integrated fog lights appeared. Accordingly, the dimensions changed almost imperceptibly, and the wheelbase of 2810 mm remained the same, as did the 7-seat cabin layout. However, it received more extensive transformation capabilities. In particular, the second row received longitudinal adjustment. Despite the presence of a "gallery," the trunk volume was notable for its decent indicators - 450 liters. And when the seats were folded, it increased to 957 liters. As with its predecessor, the crossover retained its superiority over the Donfeng 580 in terms of equipment. The most expensive version offered 6 airbags, 2-zone climate control, electric adjustments, and heating of the front seats, "atmospheric" LED lighting, a projection display, adaptive LED headlights, adaptive "cruise" with a complex of electronic driver assistance systems, as well as 20-inch wheels.
