Initially, I ordered 4 tires, but only 2 arrived. I've been waiting for the rest since June 9th, with constant delays, and the store doesn't respond in the WB chat at all. When I call the store directly, they say they don't receive order data from WB and tell me to contact them directly. Meanwhile, WB claims they haven't received the goods, creating a very interesting situation where no one is responsible, but I'm still left without half of my order. I cancelled it after more than 5 days of waiting in vain and placed a new order on the 19th, but as of June 23rd, the order is still in the "processed" status, and both support and the store are silent. I placed a new order again today, June 23rd, let's see what happens. I'm forced to leave a negative review, as I don't see any other way to highlight this situation.
