After using these tires for two years, I can confidently say that the tires are excellent, not noisy, they handle the road well, and there was a minor issue with balancing one of the 4 tires. They can definitely be recommended for purchase

Mediocre tires, grip on dry road is okay, but on wet road it's almost non-existent!! There's something to compare with. The only plus is the price. There are no more advantages.
