The tires arrived, and ironically, I had ordered the wrong size (I have no complaints against the sender). I discovered this when I had already picked them up. I sent them back at my own expense, again through Business Lines. The seller received the cargo, but remained silent, and the money didn't return to my card. I wrote to them, but got no response. I wrote to OZON's technical support, and they replied within 5 days, telling me to wait for the refund. I waited, but 5 days passed, and there was silence. I wrote to the seller again, but got no response. I wrote back to OZON's technical support, and only after the second request did I receive the money back on my card (within 2 weeks of the seller receiving the goods). By that time, I had already found winter tires without all this hassle, at almost the same price, plus free tire mounting. Can I say I'm outraged by this attitude? No, of course not, it's just not clear why they bother selling if they don't want to, can't, or don't know how? Following the established tradition, there will be no response.
