Tyre reviews Pirelli PZero. Page 2 507

The tire provides good traction on dry roads when braking from high speeds and turning, but on wet or damp asphalt, the grip in my opinion decreases by about 50 percent. Be careful.

I've been driving on them constantly, R19-20, especially since spare tires stopped being put in trunks. Normal tires, aquaplaning, wear, braking. The main drawback is tractability, on cold tires, it throws into any rut, it takes time to warm up, not much, but it's necessary. At +10 and above, it's worthy tires, the higher the temperature, the more worthy, I don't recommend driving at +5-10 for a long time, and changing shoes when the season changes, at +5 and below, I don't recommend driving, it becomes terribly rigid.

Good tires. Moderately noisy, decent wear resistance, very good behavior both on dry and wet roads. I constantly use only this brand.

It came with the new car. 245/45/19. Runflat.
Terrible tire in terms of comfort. Despite the increased 45 profile, it's very rigid. After two seasons, there's virtually no wear. My driving style is very calm.
Pros:
Good grip on wet asphalt
Resistance to aquaplaning
Quiet on perfect asphalt
Cons outweigh all the pros:
Unbelievably rigid
Prone to tracking
Doesn't protect the rim from curbs - very small rim protector.
Conclusion: I dream of getting rid of it as soon as I wear it out, but it just won't wear out….- Vehicle:

Got them in spring 2021 and no longer fear going through puddles, I only insure them out of habit, a bit noisy, stiff, but that's even better... I think they'll last longer. In December-February, the price was 15 and below, what's more, I bought 17590, + I got a cashback of 4k on my virtual card for participating in the Pirelli promotion. Note that you need to buy them from an official seller

Good tyre, holds well in warm weather, both on dry asphalt and on wet roads. Rear axle in autumn, when temperature is around 10 degrees, starts to wear rear axle more quickly, but otherwise all is fine.

Third summer on these Pirellis, they have already hardened themselves very well during this time. Even now (and it's already time to replace them next summer!) they hold the road tightly. I've driven for 15 to 20 thousand kilometers without damaging the tires. Wear is already visible, but it will be enough for three seasons (I drive 15 to 20 thousand kilometers in summer) and I consider replacing the tires even less often a waste. As for the main characteristics -

When I convinced the consultant to buy, I couldn't make up my mind about the choice. As soon as I got behind the wheel with the new tire, all doubts about the choice disappeared. The tire is completely worth its money. The car is firmly on the road, it's a pleasure to drive, confidently handles acceleration/deceleration/maneuvering. It copes very well with water. I'm very satisfied and don't regret the purchase.

It's interesting that ratings are required for winter and ice conditions for summer tires. Honestly, I have never done it before, so I gave them twos, assuming it's unlikely to perform well in such conditions. In actuality, the tires on my vehicle deserve an honest "five" across the board. They are well-suited for heavy-duty driving conditions - they swallow up potholes and craters, don't wander across lanes. I haven't encountered aquaplaning on a wet

Excellent tire. Good grip both on dry and wet pavement. Mileage 58 000 km. I'm buying a new set, although the old one could still be used for a while. I drove on various roads in Russia and the tire did not fail.
