I drove on Kormoran Snow tires in size 225/45/R17 last season. Before that, I only used studded tires. These tires are more suitable for European winters. In my case, I had problems driving up an icy hill. As I was driving up, the anti-slip system started to engage and the car just stopped. I couldn't drive up the hill (even with the anti-slip system turned off). In defense of these tires, there were other cars that couldn't drive up the hill either.
During use, I use the following tire pressure modes. When there's no snow and the road is asphalt, I use 2.4 atm, when snow falls and the roads are cleaned and treated, I use 2.2 atm, and when everything is snowed in and icy, I use 2 atm.

Good winter tires, compared to Kama tires, drive well on snow, but require careful handling on packed snow, somewhat noisy tires

All consumer qualities are at a high level, especially good in turns and on snowy roads. Aquaplaning is absent up to 70-80, didn't check further, and you shouldn't expect miracles from such a price. It loses a bit on wet ice, but only when blocking or skidding, as soon as you give it some gas, it gets traction with the road. Very important - predictable skidding!!! When tapping into a skid, it goes smoothly and returns to the trajectory without jerks. Maybe it's excessively soft, it adds a bit of an effect of underinflated tires (cured with 2.4 pressure). It's a bit noisy on dry asphalt. Well, and the wear, especially on the drive axle, I consider it to be at a medium level, but this is likely due to the fact that winter in our place is mostly around 0 and up to +10.

I consider it an excellent combination of price and quality.
I have driven about 3500 km. I drive aggressively and fast, but let's not criticize me, let's leave that to the traffic police inspectors.
While driving in the city, it's an excellent option. The road is held quite well, the only drawback is the low weight of the car. On wet asphalt, it's amazing - 5 points. Studded tires are significantly inferior in this regard. Snow on asphalt - 4.9 points
Ice - 4.5 points. But it's essential to understand that 4.5 points is a good rating, considering that on such a surface, one needs to observe the rules of "decency".
I can't say that Michelin is much better. But it's more expensive, that's for sure.
For city dwellers, it's an excellent option, and studs are not needed. Cities can be different, and sometimes you can't drive even in an off-road vehicle... so it's individual.
Outside the city, if you don't exceed 140 km/h, it's also an excellent option.
The car doesn't handle like it's glued to the road in the summer, you need to understand that winter is winter, and you should choose your driving style and speed based on your skills. Personally, I'm inclined to give up studs altogether and switch to this tire on another car.- Vehicle:

Tire is uneven. Makes noise. Car bounces. First experience with such garbage on wheels, didn't immediately understand what's going on, sincerely regret the purchase.

Great tires. I installed 205/60 R16. I've already driven about 16,000 km this season. I hit potholes, but didn't notice any punctures. I drove south, and the traction on the sticky surface was excellent. I like that they're not noisy, soft, but there's no traction on ice, which is to be expected.

I purchased these tires with 4 years of experience using Carmoran winter tires. Overall, I didn't worry and had no doubts that this would be a well-working tire despite the low price. It turned out that after the purchase, we had an abnormal snowfall in Krasnodar, with snow cover up to 1 meter in some places and frost down to -10 to -15 degrees, and there was no snow removal equipment in our city at all. So, I got to test the tires 100% and I didn't get stuck anywhere, not even once. I drove through untouched snow in courtyards several times, creating my own trail, and on the road with packed snow, the car drove very confidently. Braking on snow was quite predictable and manageable. On icy roads with water when everything was thawing, the ABS system kicked in when braking, but everything worked out without any major complaints. Since we have a warm climate, for most of the winter I have to drive on asphalt, and here too the tires performed well in terms of handling and noise - I didn't notice any significant difference from summer tires. In general, I recommend these tires, especially since their price leaves no chance for competitors. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Good tires. They handle snow and slush very well. For the entire time I've been driving, there hasn't been a single skid or anything else. There is some noise, of course, but it's not too loud.
Be careful and attentive on the roads!

I purchased Kormoran Snow 225/45 R17 for my Subaru Impreza WRX, previously having Nokia studded tires. Since the winters are not very snowy now and the economy is down, I decided to go for a simpler, non-studded option. And I didn't regret it. The handling is excellent on snowy slush, the car doesn't skid, so you can maintain a decent speed. Drifting on all-wheel drive is easy to predict and control. Acceleration is also great, both on snow and ice. Of course, it's not a studded tire, but it's quite good. On asphalt, it's quiet, especially after switching from studded tires. The only downside that disappointed me was the braking dynamics on ice and compacted snow at temperatures slightly below zero. It was much better with studded tires. Even ABS doesn't always help. So, this needs to be taken into account while driving. But for this price, I expected it to be much worse. I won't comment on wear resistance - I haven't driven much yet, but at this price, it's not the main criterion. So, based on the price-to-quality ratio and limited budget, this is an excellent choice.

To put it briefly.
First, the drawbacks: on dry asphalt - it floats, especially in turns, it really doesn't like ruts; on ice - there's almost no grip, a solid three.
Advantages: it's quiet, digs well in snow, the trajectory is predictable, doesn't skid (especially when bypassing obstacles on snowy-icy embankments).
Good winter traction for its price, especially if you're buying for city driving.- Vehicle:
