This is a quite decent winter tire. I have never regretted the purchase.
Despite the small amount of snow in the winter of 2024-2025 (Moscow region), all the studs remained in place.
Acceleration and braking are confident. Rain, slush, and mud - it doesn't matter to them.
It has been tested on deep snow in the field and on completely icy dirt roads, and it has never failed.
Does it make noise? Yes! During the break-in period, it sounds like an old good intercity Ikarus bus. After the break-in period, it's acceptable. (Or maybe it's just because it finally got cold and snowed :)
The studs on dry asphalt, of course, bring separate "pleasure", but remembering the hill at the dacha where I couldn't climb on foot, but drove up in the car without noticing the polished ice rink - I forgave it everything)
After a mostly snowless winter of 24-25, I got tired of the studs, and when it warmed up, I returned to M+S tires, despite the danger of local freezes, and the "jelly-like" behavior of the tire at +5 degrees Celsius and above became noticeable (which is consistent with the characteristics of any winter tire), but maybe it's because of the high profile (I installed 65 at a 16-inch radius).
Would I buy it again? More likely yes than no. The tire is not to blame for the lack of snow, but it also didn't bother me on clean asphalt, except for the noise from the studs.

On the date when the 4 wheels were supposed to arrive at the pickup point, according to the delivery data, the order was hanging in the "formed" status. Then for a week it was written "delay", in the chat with the seller, when asked about delivery, the seller did not even answer "yes". I don't know who was responsible for delivery - Wildberries or the seller himself, but having paid 57 thousand in advance, I would like to have more accurate data about my order.
I have no questions about the wheels. I do not recommend the seller.- Size:

Winter has not yet arrived in Petersburg, but I've already driven a decent amount, with a temperature range of -2 to +15
All the studs are in place, no wear is visible. Noise level is minimal. Overall, I'm satisfied. Previously, I had Hakkas 8. The feelings are the same. I'm waiting for snow))) (as of 12/10/24, there hasn't been any)

I've driven through the winter, albeit a mild one with no snow or ice. However, there were a few moments that I had to capture. I realized that my rear-wheel drive vehicle handles completely differently. On ice, the car somehow manages to grip the surface and attempts to brake. Previously, I had studded tires and tried to avoid driving on ice whenever possible. With these tires, I can drive more confidently in the yard. They confidently handle dry, wet roads, and ruts. I've driven through the season and all the studs are still in place. The only downside I've found is the noise. But, essentially, it's the same as with all studded tires.

Excellent tires, I didn't regret choosing this model. They hold the road very securely. I drove in freezing rain, the car moves smoothly, and doesn't skid on turns and lane changes. Snowy slush, ice - no complaints. A bit noisy on a clean road, but this is a minor drawback compared to safety.

Very good impressions. Balancing turned out to be minimal, 20-30 grams, which pleased. The tire is completely quiet, after 120 it's almost inaudible. I drove at high speed for a long time, but I don't recommend going above 180. The optimal speed for it is 150-160. And don't forget to run it in for at least 300 km on dry asphalt. After 5000 km of mileage, I haven't lost a single stud.

Excellent tires, not a single stud has come off in two seasons. Handles the road well on dry, snowy, icy, and wet (slushy) roads. Tracks well. A bit noisy, but that's just nitpicking! Recommended.

On a winter road, the tires are stable. Not too noisy. The studs are all in place after the winter season. I didn't notice any minuses.

They asked to send a review. For such a small mileage, it is impossible to form an objective review. Based on the results of the winter season - possibly.

In general, I wanted to find winter tires for my W164.
Before these tires, I had:
- Batiny's enthusiastic reviews of Nordman 4.
- Personal experience with Nordman 4 and 5, and then 7 tires.
But all of this was on sedans and hatchbacks. Here, the question arose of buying tires for an SUV.
I chose between Nordman 7 and Nordman 8. Having overcome my doubts, I took Nordman 8.
Impressions? I got what I expected. Probably even more. The tires handle snow and mud, and hold on asphalt.
The tread looks impressive, meaning it makes you think it will get you through anywhere. I haven't tried everywhere, but I have a reserve of confidence.
There is also a minus to these tires. They are noisy. They are noisy mainly due to the tread pattern. At 50 and 70 kilometers per hour on asphalt, you will be accompanied by a World War II tank.
In general, if the minus does not bother you, then you will be 100% satisfied with these tires. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
