Tires are made in the Russian Federation, PEC delivery is very expensive. Didn't notice that it's paid, almost 4,000 rubles. Almost got fooled, didn't return them. Without packaging. I do not recommend.

The tires are nice, quiet, and handle the road well. There hasn't been much snow yet, and not much ice either, so I'll update my review after I've driven in those conditions. For now, I've given them three stars for snow and ice because I haven't had a chance to test them in those conditions.

Tire not for RUSSIA FOR soft snowless winter touching slides brakes and slips??? Snow ice is not for it, its most significant advantage is quietness, the quietest, but I wanted braking efficiency and road grip from winter tires. Will be selling
