Good on the highway and in a snowstorm

I bought tires elsewhere, not at Mosavtoshina. After driving about 5,000 miles, they started to bulge from under the tread. I didn't hit any large potholes or anything like that. For the first time, I learned that this can happen to tires from this manufacturer. I'm not persuading anyone, but you can draw your own conclusions. If your budget is limited, it's better to look towards large tire manufacturers from Taiwan or China, unfortunately...
I contacted Cordiant, but it didn't lead to anything. As the store where I bought the tires said, they basically told me to go away. In terms of other characteristics, the tires are normal. They're not the quietest, but it's not like a plane taking off.

The tires were liked. The seller promptly assembled and shipped the order. The tires arrived 2 days earlier than the declared period, which was very pleasing. After receiving, immediately "re-shod". I hope they won't fail in the winter.
