I bought Cardinal tires on the advice of taxi drivers, they said they run their mileage. The tires arrived 40/24 by production date. They were mounted on wheels without any issues, and during the ride, they seemed soft and quiet.
Pec delivery for 1700r is a plus

I'm writing this review based on my experience with the tires of this brand and model, which I purchased in 2018. Although the tires are budget-friendly, they have performed very well during operation. They are not too soft, but not too hard either, and are quite quiet. They grip the asphalt well, the car holds the road confidently and does not wobble. They drain water excellently, and you don't have to be afraid of aquaplaning (but don't underestimate it either, drive carefully!). It's better not to drive on mud, as they don't grip well, and you should also be careful on wet grass. They are good highway tires. Now, about the order. Visually and to the touch, almost nothing has changed compared to the previous ones. All tires have the same production date and are quite fresh (0425). The rating is reduced due to delivery.
