I bought it because of the price and tread pattern, so in order:
+ price
+ tread depth
+ tread pattern
+ and - for hardness. Sharp rocks, ignore them, nails, ignore them, on asphalt, death.
- small contact patch for asphalt, drifted after rain, it was fun.
- had to go far to get them, small shops sent me away.
- resistance

Northek ET 500 in size 32-9.5-16. Excellent tire for off-road. No MT can compare with it. It really drives. Yes, it hums. Yes, it vibrates. But all that is overshadowed by its performance in mud.

Tire was on my Land Rover Defender. Spent two seasons on it. Everything was fine. Swapped for a UAZ 469. Also works fine. Went on a Jeep, also without a lift kit. On the Jeep, it was a bit binding on the lower control arm at full lock. Sold it nearly brand new.

I don't believe it, I've driven over a thousand kilometers on these tires throughout all seasons and they only started to crack after 5 years. We tried to puncture it with a knife but it broke! It's on a prepared UAZ. It always pulls out! Now we've replaced the 31 with a 33. I hope they won't let me down either!

For what it was bought, the best price-to-features ratio. Had a Simex with the same tread pattern before. No clear difference. The noise, wear, snow handling, braking... Buying such a tire and expecting highway performance on asphalt is foolish. It's perfect for my tasks.

Tires are worth their price. I bought a set to compare with the Simax 32". The difference lies in the fact that Simax is softer, Forward is harder, but it drops to 0.3 bar and it's fine. The Simax drops off the wheel at 0.3 bar. And on the highway, the Forward makes less noise, I'm running 2.5, the Simax on 3 atm is much noisier. As for durability,

Dirt tire, not for roads, tried to balance in several tire shops, not balanced, took for off-road.

Tires are reliable for dirt roads, puncture-resistant, resistant to stones, nails and the like, but noisy, heavy and well-balanced in side-slip.

Rural tire for all seasons

Excellent mud tire rating 5+, looking forward to a 35x12.5xR15.
