Tyre reviews Arivo Winmaster ARW2. Page 2 213

Good day to everyone! When preparing for the winter period, I started looking for new tires (the old ones had already served their time). In Belarus, we had a problem with tires, branded ones were very expensive. I decided to try a "Chinese" one. I chose for a long time, and stumbled upon the Mosavtoshina website. And thanks to the reviews and feedback, I stopped at Arivo winmaster-arw2. I bought and installed them on 25.10.2023, replacing my summer tires on 14.04.2024. The mileage for the winter was 7000 km. The wear was: front tires - 0.2 mm, rear - 0.4 mm. Now about the results of operation: the weather was varied, well, like in winter: snow with drifts, ice, rain, and thaw. In all conditions, these tires performed perfectly. They are quiet, I didn't notice any aquaplaning, they are quite stable on ice, and they grip the snow perfectly. The price-to-quality ratio is 5+! I didn't speed above 200 (only crazy people do that in winter) But I had to drive from 0 to 150. And I want to summarize: the tires fully justified my expectations! To be honest, I had doubts about Chinese tires, but they were not justified!

I've never driven on studded tires before, so I don't have anything to compare them to. Compared to non-studded tires, they performed pretty well. The tires are quiet, but at a speed of around 50 km/h and up to 80-90 km/h, a slight hum starts, which I got used to quickly enough, but still. In terms of driving characteristics, I didn't notice any significant differences from studded tires - they handle snow well and hold the road on ice. I also drove in heavy rain and had no problems. For me, the price/quality ratio is at a good level. Considering that tires from well-known manufacturers in my size have become incredibly expensive, I'm satisfied.

I bought a set for winter for the 7th Golf GTI
The tires fully suited me, predictably on ice, also on dry asphalt, I didn't quite like how they behave on slush (when everything starts to melt)
The tires are not noisy, soft- Vehicle:

The first winter drove great, the tires were quiet, soft, drove well in the snow in the mountains, but on the second winter, one wheel was poorly balanced, a lot of weights were added, a whole strip, at speeds of over a hundred, there was a strong vibration.
This was my first and last time when I bought Chinese tires

I have driven 46,916 kilometers on them, purchased in September 2021. I drove on them in the Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Murmansk region. I took the tires when there were no reviews, used them only in winter. I decided to drive on them through the summer of 2024, and then buy new winter tires. For the entire time, in whatever conditions I drove on them - snow, slush, summer, dirt roads, there were many different situations, I remained satisfied with the purchase 👍.

Decent tires, although the price is not high. At first, very good, but after 10-15 thousand kilometers, it gets worse and worse. You can drive for a maximum of 2 seasons. The third season is already with caution.

I purchased the car tires at the beginning of January 2023, before the cold snap in our region, in southern Russia. They performed excellently on snowy and icy roads. One evening, the main highways in the city were covered with black ice, of course, I followed the speed limit and was cautious, but even during emergency braking, there was no wheel slip in these road conditions. Excellent result!

I bought them just before winter, they cope well, even on ice they try to do something, on asphalt they are really noisy, but for inexpensive tires they are okay

Not bad tires for the money. Somewhat disappointed in terms of noise: up to 70 km/h it's completely inaudible, but then a hum starts to build up
