The Japanese tire company Sumitomo has started supplying the Japanese market with new eco-tires of the Dunlop brand from the beginning of the year. The novelty is designed for operation on minivans. It is an improved version of the popular Dunlop Enasave RV503. The name of the tire will remain the same, with only a star symbol added to it.
According to the company's specialists, the new tire has a 8% reduced braking distance on a wet road. This important characteristic, according to the new classification, allowed it to receive category B.
It also differs from its predecessor in a unique composition of the rubber mixture, which made it possible to reduce the amount of heat generated during driving.
In other respects, the new tire has absorbed all the best qualities of the previous model. In particular, it has an asymmetric tread pattern, which provides good grip with the road surface, and also has an elastic structure, thanks to which the tire wears evenly.
