Tire Yaroslavl Ya-538 — is an all-season, radial model for small trucks. In its development, specialists paid particular attention to the ability to withstand increased loads constantly encountered during all-season operation. To achieve this, the latest achievements of the tire industry, the latest equipment, and unique technologies were used. Particular attention was paid to the tread pattern, which was created using computer 3D modeling. This made it possible to optimally select all the elements of the tread and the distances between them, as a result of which the tire combines the best characteristics of winter and summer tires.

Two central rows of blocks provide increased directional stability and quick feedback. In the manufacture of the tread of the YaShZ Ya-538 tire, a unique rubber compound was used, which made it possible to increase the braking and coupling characteristics on any road surface, due to the preservation of the elasticity of the rubber during sharp temperature drops. A large number of lamellas provide a minimal sound effect when moving. Four different shaped water drainage channels provide high-quality removal of water, dirt, and slush from the contact zone. Large blocks in the shoulder area perfectly protect the tire from various punctures and cuts, improving handling during maneuvers. A sufficiently large distance between the blocks ensures excellent self-cleaning of the tread, and as a consequence, increased passability and handling.
