Tyres Roundrule

Information on these tires is not available

The Roundrule trademark belongs to a Chinese company of the same name. The enterprise releases a wide range of commercial tires, positioning them as a premium quality product with high characteristics compared to similar products of other brands, primarily load capacity and tread life.

Roundrule Truck Tires

In the commercial tire segment, the brand offers models in the following categories:

- for highways;
- for regional/urban roads;
- for mixed conditions - asphalt/dirt.

The "highway" line of the brand consists of tires designed primarily for installation on a specific axle. This feature gives the tires maximum efficiency. All tires use a full-metal carcass with an increased number of layers in the cord. In models for medium-capacity trucks, this indicator is at least 14, and for full-size tires, it often reaches 20 layers. A similar excess of generally accepted standards is also present in the depth of the tread pattern. Most often, we are talking about a range from 18 to 20 mm, even for steering and trailer axles. As for the design of the tread patterns, the line uses several variants adapted for use on specific axles. In all cases, closed patterns with massive solid ribs are used. This reduces rolling resistance and wear, provides stable traction and comfort when driving at high speeds.

For regional transportation, the manufacturer offers universal tires for installation on any axle. The difference from "highway" tires is the use of more resistant to damage and wear rubber compounds and tread patterns with a larger number of traction edges.

The most numerous is the line of Roundrule tires for mixed operating conditions. Such tires differ in the design of the tread patterns. Even in versions with solid ribs, they have extended transverse edges that allow for effective implementation of high traction on loose unstable surfaces. In addition, special rubber compounds are used that are resistant to the formation of cracks and cuts. Another important difference is the presence of reinforced carcasses. With a comparable number of layers in the cord, they use a steel cord of increased cross-section. On the one hand, this makes the tire heavier, but on the other hand, it provides it with reliable protection against aggressive mechanical stress.
