The Nokian Snowproof 2 winter tire is positioned by the manufacturer as a model that provides excellent safety in the most challenging conditions. It is distinguished by improved traction properties on snowy and wet surfaces, balanced handling, resistance to damage, and a long service life.
The tire features the Alpine Sense Grip technology, which is a set of solutions aimed at increasing traction properties and ensuring predictable behavior on any winter roads. First and foremost, this is the second iteration of the Alpine Grip rubber compound. The presence of special polymers in the composition, in addition to a large amount of "silica", allows the compound to remain elastic over a wide temperature range.
