The summer tire Grenlander Enri U08 is designed for dynamic versions of passenger cars. The tire, belonging to the Ultra High Performance category models, demonstrates all the inherent properties, namely grip and sports agility in handling at high speeds.

The tread pattern is made in an aggressive asymmetric design with a directional arrangement of elements. All of them are enlarged in size, which makes the contact patch larger. The optimization of the profile of the tread and the reinforced tire carcass allow it to remain unchanged under the influence of multidirectional acceleration forces, which has a positive effect on handling and the accuracy of the car's reactions to the driver's actions.

Key features of Grenlander Enri U08

- a rubber compound with increased "silica" content improves grip on wet pavement;
- a tread pattern with an enlarged contact patch provides reliable handling at high speeds;
- the arrangement of tread elements with an offset relative to each other, their optimized shape reduce noise and vibrations while driving.

Technologies

Modern design and rubber composition

In the models of this series, a modern composition of rubber mixture containing silicon is used.

This is significantly reflected in the quality of grip on a wet road. The rolling resistance is reduced to a minimum level.

The modern "cut" tread design provides additional protection against aquaplaning.

Aquaplaning resistance

The asymmetric tread pattern and functionally differentiated median zone and sidewall improve handling. The creative design of the fine line tread grooves effectively reduces noise during high-speed driving.

The model has four ring grooves, which effectively drain water from the contact patch.

Tire Wear Indicator (TWI)

There is a safety indicator (Treadwear Indicator) on the tires that allows the driver to control the moment when the tires need to be replaced. The indicator displays the remaining tread depth in millimeters as it wears out.
