2-layer tread

The tire is distinguished by its soft ride. This property is provided by the use of a 2-layer tread. Its outer part, which directly contacts the road surface, is made of a more elastic compound. It dampens the shock impact from small road irregularities, ensuring a smooth ride. In turn, the inner part of the tread is made of a more rigid rubber mixture. It performs several functions at once. The most obvious one is to provide better handling and directional stability at high speeds. Additionally, the inner layer of the tread significantly reduces rolling resistance, which has a positive effect on fuel efficiency.

Double breaker

The composite structure also has a breaker located directly under the tread. Its outer part is made of nylon cord, and the inner part is made of steel. In both versions, a spiral winding is used without any seams or joints. Such features provide the tire with several advantages. First and foremost, it is the ability to maintain its original shape under significant impact of multidirectional acceleration forces. As a result, handling is improved, and the car reacts much faster and more accurately to the driver's actions.
