2-layer tread

The tire is distinguished by its soft ride. This property is provided by the use of a 2-layer tread. Its outer part, which directly contacts the road surface, is made of a more elastic compound. It dampens the shock impact from small road irregularities, ensuring a smooth ride. In turn, the inner part of the tread is made of a more rigid rubber mixture. It performs several functions at once. The most obvious one is to provide better handling and directional stability at high speeds. Additionally, the inner layer of the tread significantly reduces rolling resistance, which has a positive effect on fuel efficiency.

Double breaker

The composite structure also has a breaker located directly under the tread. Its outer part is made of nylon cord, and the inner part is made of steel. In both versions, a spiral winding is used without any seams or joints. Such features provide the tire with several advantages. First and foremost, it is the ability to maintain its original shape under significant impact of multidirectional acceleration forces. As a result, handling is improved, and the car reacts much faster and more accurately to the driver's actions. Additionally, the double combined breaker significantly increases the tire's protection against punctures and cuts.

Three-dimensional computer modeling

The tire was developed using three-dimensional computer modeling. This technology allowed for the optimal optimization of the tread design, selection of the most effective materials, and ultimately, the selection of operational properties taking into account the specifics of operation.

Stable traction properties

One of the results of the application of modern development methods was the optimized shape of the tread profile. It significantly increased the contact area of the tread pattern with the road. At the same time, its shape is close to square. Such features provide the tire not only with better traction properties but also with their stability in any driving mode.

Tread pattern with multiple functional zones

The tire is equipped with a directional symmetric tread. It contains several functional zones that enhance each other's properties while driving. Wide shoulder blocks prevent skidding during maneuvering and longitudinal acceleration. The central part of the tread with a solid longitudinal rib in the middle improves directional stability, giving the tire quickness and accuracy in response to the driver's actions. In turn, the drainage channels dry the contact patch and, being located at an angle and against the direction of movement, use the force of wheel rotation for this purpose.
