Open tread design
The tire features a tread with a symmetrical non-directional design, which has a high degree of openness. This is ensured by the presence of a large number of individual blocks. Together with their polygonal shape, this results in improved traction and grip properties, especially on slippery surfaces.
High-speed stability
The tire design is designed for long-term travel at high speeds - up to 160 km/h. Part of the solutions aimed at this was the tread design. The blocks located in its central part are connected by special "bridges" - rigid webs. They limit the mutual mobility of the blocks, which gives the tire high directional stability and handling responsiveness.
Minimal risk of aquaplaning
Another advantage of the open tread design used here is the presence of a large number of drainage grooves. Their dimensions are such that these elements easily cope with the removal of almost any amount of water from the contact patch.
